Real estate videos are the smart choice when marketing. An effective video can create an emotional attachment to a property that images alone cannot do.

 

Video production is a 4-step process:

 

1. During the pre-production phase, I meet with you and discuss your needs and wishes.

2. The second phase is the video production itself. Videos are shot in HD and generally run 1 – 2 minutes in length.

3. Post production is where the video is edited, music or voice-over added, and is branded to include your logo bumper. A non-branded IDX compliant version suitable for uploading to the local MLS is also included.

4. The final stage is product delivery. The video can automatically be uploaded to YouTube. It will be delivered via Google Drive or USB. Typical turn around time for the entire process is 3 days.
